This policy explains what information the Hireish mobile app and website
(www.hireish.com) collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Hireish connects job seekers with employers in the UAE and the wider GCC.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name and mobile number (job seekers), or company name, email and mobile number (employers).
- Profile information — job title, skills, years of experience, nationality, preferred work location, expected salary, education and work history that you choose to add.
- Identity documents (optional) — passport, Emirates ID, visa or certificate details and images, only if you choose to upload them for verification.
- Resume and voice recording (optional) — if you upload a resume or record a voice introduction, we process it to fill in your profile.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as device type and app version, used to keep the service working and secure.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account (we verify your number with a one-time SMS code).
- To match job seekers with relevant jobs and show employers relevant applicants.
- To extract profile details from your resume or voice recording using an AI service.
- To verify identity or qualification documents you choose to submit.
- To respond to support requests and keep the platform safe.
Who we share it with
- Employers on Hireish see your profile when you apply to their job.
- OpenAI processes voice recordings and resume text solely to extract profile details; recordings are not used to train their models.
- SMS provider receives your mobile number solely to deliver one-time login codes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on our servers and protected by access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS).
Identity documents are only visible to you and to our verification staff.
Retention and account deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, documents, applications and saved jobs.
- By email: write to rabindraparichha@gmail.com from your registered contact and we will delete your account within 30 days.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information at any time from the app, or by contacting us.
If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional data-protection rights, we honour requests consistent with that law.
Children
Hireish is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
